This is the children that was doing the dance at the end of our class skipping routine.  As you can see our class is having lots of fun.

Dental Presentation

Thank you so much for coming and for talking to Room 11 and Room 12 about they teeth. Also for telling us what alcohol and smoking does to our teeth. It was interesting and we got more information about the teeth. Also we will like to take you for making the presentation.My new learning is that it is not good to use a hard tooth brush because it rips you gums.  We now have more to put in when we right about teeth.

Buttons main idea

Walt:find the main ideas in the stories.

Buttons tell us stories.  Abby’s mum and aunty looked for buttons to sew on Abby’s dress gown. They found buttons from their old clothes that they didn’t need.

Punctuation Game

This is my grammar for this week. We had to look for the punctuation that belong to the sentences. Then we have to splat it in the little squares. I got some  of them wrong because I didn't put the right punctuation in the little squares. I would like to play this game again and get all of them right.   

Mouth guard

WALT: write a persuasive speech.

The Dental Association has found that one third of the dental injuries are sports related.  It’s good to wear a mouth guard when you play sports because It will cushion your  teeth . It also  protects jaw  joints in injuries.

That why we see rugby players wear mouth guards when the play. We also need mouth guards when we do boxing as well.  

These  are my two reasons why it is good to wear a mouth guard when playing  sports.  Although you won’t like it but it will help your teeth getting injured.

Verbs

     This is my grammar for this week.  We had to find the verbs in the  sentences. Also we had to read the sentences and pick out one of the words they have gave us and put it in the sentences so it can make sentences. Some of it is easy some of it is hard but I tried my best to get all right. I will like to play this game again And make sure I get at least nine or ten right.
